Sole Proprietorship accounts where the customer wishes to open the account with the existing entity name
Individual Current Account for customers with existing Savings Account/811 wallet/ Partial KYC Accounts
You may choose to make the initial payment as per the applicable minimum balance of the selected Current Account variant, for account opening.

Video KYC will be available from 10:00 am to 7:00 pm on all working days of the bank.

What happens if I drop out during the account opening journey? Can I save and continue the journey later?
The details of your Current Account application will be saved if the basic details are submitted, and if you have given the one-time password (OTP) during mobile verification. If you drop out and resume your journey later, you can continue from where you left off after providing the basic details and the OTP.
The Video KYC must be completed within five days of account creation. If you do not complete your Video KYC within 5 days of account creation a bank executive will get in touch with you for assisting your Current Account opening process.
If I am not comfortable opening a Current Account online, how can I apply for a Current Account?
You can select the 'Request a call back' option, and a bank representative will contact you to process your Current Account application.
Can I operate the Account immediately after getting the Account Number?
You'll receive your Account Number after submitting all the mandatory details, but the account can only be used for transactions after successful Video based KYC and in-person verification.
