** After account opening, visit Mobile Banking App > ‘Apply now’ > ‘Apply/Upgrade Debit Card’ to apply for Kotak PVR Debit Card
***If you have 4 active Debit Cards, please block any one and then apply for the new card. For security reasons, at a time maximum 4 Debit Cards per Customer Relationship Number (CRN) are allowed.
This card will have an Annual charge of ₹499 + Taxes. Replacement charges for the card are ₹200 + Taxes
If you are an existing Kotak Mahindra Bank customer, you need to have a Savings or Salary account with us to apply for this card. Following customers can apply for the card.
- Resident Individual
- Holding a full KYC Savings / Corporate Salary account will be eligible to apply.
- 811 wallet, Small & Basic savings, 811 OTP, Xpress OTP account holders are not eligible
You can apply by below methods
No, Kotak Savings account needs to be opened for taking this Debit Card. In case, you already hold a Savings Account with Kotak Bank, you can apply for this Debit Card basis your eligibility.
You will receive 5 joining vouchers of ₹100 each issued by PVR INOX, within 30 working days from issuance of YOUR FIRST KOTAK PVR INOX Debit Card subject to payment of card fees. You will receive a SMS from PVR INOX Cinemas post enrolment which will carry the voucher code and the same can be viewed on PVR INOX mobile app/website once you login using bank registered mobile number
