- In case of lost/stolen card or any suspicious transaction on your kotak card, you are required to immediately call Customer Contact Centre 1800 266 4545 (local call rates apply) or write to [email protected] and get your credit card deactivated / blocked to prevent misuse and register a claim with the Insurance Company.
