Here are some of the things that you should keep in mind before carrying out the Video KYC:

Make sure you have uninterrupted data connectivity.
Make sure that you open the Video KYC link on Google Chrome web browser
Please ensure that your background is plain and white in colour and no other person appears or comes in the frame during the process.
Please keep your original PAN* handy during the process. Also, keep a blank A4 size page and a working pen in blue/black colour to provide your signature.

*e-PAN or Digital PAN is not allowed
