This might be due to any of the following reasons:

  • You're scanning the QR code by holding your phone too close or too far from the QR code. Try to position the QR code within the square frame shown on your phone while scanning the QR
  • The light is not bright enough for your phone to scan the QR code. You can use the phone torch feature, which can be accessed from the top left corner of your screen, besides the Self QR button
  • The QR code is damaged or invalid
  • You don't have good internet connectivity. Please check your connectivity and try again.
  • Your phone camera is being used by another app. Please close other apps which are potentially using your camera, and try again.

You can follow the above suggested remedies for resolving the issues. In case you face issues in scanning the QR code even after trying the above remedies, close your app and relaunch it before trying to make the payment again. This should help resolve the issue.
