1. The Mobile network could be weak at your location

2. The Mobile number Registered with the FASTag wallet could be different. To check the Registered Mobile Number, please visit Kotak FASTag portal https://fastag.kotak.com If the Mobile number is correct, please report to [email protected] or call on our Customer Care Number.

In case you wish to change / update mobile number / email ID in your FASTag wallet, simply follow these steps:

1) Register the request by visit Kotak FASTag Portal https://fastag.kotak.com >>
Click On Complaint >> New complaint >> General Complaint >> Request >> Request for change/update in Mobile Number/Email Id. Upload the dully filled and signed FASTag Maintainanence Form with KYC documents in attachment section.

2) Write to us at [email protected] with attached valid KYC documents and dully filled and signed FASTag Maintainanence Form.
