I have FASTag and also balance amount, but I could not go through ETC lane. How do I get my FASTag checked whether balance is deducted or not?
For every transaction at a toll plaza, you will receive an SMS alert on your registered mobile number about the balance deducted from your FASTag wallet.
There are 2 ways to check your FASTag wallet balance:
1) Give a missed call to 7406575500 from your registered mobile number
2) Login to the Kotak FASTag Portal https://fastag.kotak.com with your User Id and check the last transaction
