I don’t have my registered SIM with me, how can I activate Kotak Mobile Banking App on my phone?

In you do not have access to your registered mobile number, please follow below process to activate:

  • Download the Kotak Mobile Banking App from Google Play Store/ Apple Appstore
  • On Registration screen, please select ‘No I don’t have my registered SIM in this phone’
  • On next screen, select ‘Activate through branch or phone banking’
  • Enter your CRN & MPIN and submit
  • Now you need to either go to the nearest Kotak branch or call our customer contact centre on 18602662666 and ask to activate your device
  • The request initiated will be valid for hour.
