If you are unable to activate Kotak App on your phone by sending secure SMS, please use ‘Activate through branch or phone banking’ option. Below are the steps:

On Registration screen, please select ‘No I don’t have my registered SIM in this phone’
On next screen, select ‘Activate through branch or phone banking’
Enter your CRN & MPIN and submit
Now you need to either go to the nearest Kotak branch or call our customer contact centre and ask to activate your device
