To create a Username, follow the simple steps:

If you are a first time user or have forgotten your Username, login to your Net Banking using your Customer Relationship Number (CRN) and password
Go to "Profile" section and enter a Username
Click on "Go"

Next time you login, you can use your Username and Net Banking Password to log in.
