You will receive your welcome kit 1 within 3 working days and Welcome Kit 2 within 30 working days after your loan disbursement.
Welcome Kit 1 will have – Welcome Letter, Authorized Cash flows, Repayment Schedule, BCSBI Code, MSE Code & MITC.
Welcome Kit 2 will Have Loan agreement and Sanction Letter
If in case you have not received your Welcome Kit or need a duplicate Welcome Kit, you can request via below channels,

Turn Around Time (TAT) for issuance of a duplicate Welcome Kit is 4 working Days
