We do not offer a part prepayment facility on your Personal loan account. However if you have availed a Personal Loan post Feb'2020 (It can be availed after lock in period of 1 year) you would be eligible to part pre-pay 20% each year. INR 500 + GST per instance of part-prepayment.

The usual payment options available for part-payment are on Net banking/Mobile Banking. Post payment is done, you need to call our Customer Contact Centre on 1860 266 2666 (Local call rates applicable) from Mon-Sat (excluding holidays) between 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM so the request can be taken to adjust the amount towards the overdue payments.
