You can use your reward points to order via kotakrewards.com or via partner stores, partner websites, travel, recharge and more! In case you don’t have enough points on your card, you can always pay the rest directly with your credit card to redeem your selected rewards.
The reward points you can earn on your credit card spend, differs by the type of Kotak Credit Card you own.
For example, on our Royal Signature Credit Card, you can earn up to 4 reward points for every Rs. 150.00 spent; whereas on the Urbane Gold Credit Card, you can earn up to 3 reward points for every Rs. 100.00 spent.
Wondering how to redeem credit card points? You can start redeeming your reward points as soon as you have a minimum of 300 points in your account.
To see your current reward points balance, simply login to kotakrewards.com or access the same via net banking or under the cards overview section in the mobile app.

Yes, there is an expiration date for your existing payback reward points. All the points earned via using the credit card are valid for 2 years from their respective credit date.
