MPIN got unpinned from your memory? We get it. After all, it isn’t easy to keep track of all your passwords and PINs. But fret not! If you've forgotten your MPIN, here's how you can effortlessly reset it -

● Open the Kotak Mobile Banking App and tap on the three lines on the top left

● Select the 'Forgot MPIN' option

● Reset MPIN using Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking details and fill in the required information

● Tap on 'Submit' and set a new 6-digit MPIN

And you're done! Now you can continue to enjoy uninterrupted Kotak Mobile Banking services.
