Steps to Avail Offer:

To redeem this Gift Card click on https://kotak.woohoo.in/
Select the brand voucher of your choice, select EGV design theme and click on Buy Now
At the checkout page, enter your email ID and mobile number to receive the voucher on the entered email ID.
Enter your 16 digit Gift Card No and PIN at the Checkout page and click Apply and then click on Place Order.
You will receive a unique order ID for successful order creation. Please use the same for future correspondence

Steps for Bill payment/Recharge via Kotak Mobile Banking App:

Login to the Kotak Mobile Banking App & select BillPay / Recharge under Pay & Transfer Section
Select the category of your biller
Fill in your details, select the account you wish to pay from & tap on continue
Check the details thoroughly & click on confirm
Bill payment is done. Download or share the receipt for the bills paid
Add your nickname and click on add to “Registered Billers” to receive alerts in future

Steps for Bill payment/Recharge via Kotak Net Banking:

Login to the Kotak Net banking. Select Billpay / Recharge from Payment / Transfer Section.
Select the category of your bill
Fill in your details, select the account you wish to pay from & tap on continue
Check the details thoroughly & click on confirm
Bill payment is done. Download or share the receipt for the bills paid
Add your nickname and click on add to “Registered Billers” to receive alerts in future

Terms and Conditions

This Offer is made solely and entirely by “Quickcilver” to the customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank (“Bank”) holding Kotak Debit Card or Kotak Credit Card or availing Net Banking facilities of the Bank (“Customers”).
The Offer is valid as mentioned in the mailer/communication received by you (“Offer Period”)
Eligible customers means exclusive customers identified by the bank and has done a Mobile Recharge transaction or Bill pay transaction on the Kotak Mobile Banking App or Kotak Website logged in Section during the offer period. Please note that the offer is not applicable for all the customers
The Bank reserves the right to extend this Offer to any group of Customers, which it may deem fit.
The Offer is valid only on successful transactions done. Reversed, cancelled transactions will not be considered to be eligible for availing the benefits of the Offer.
The Offer is valid only on transactions done in the Bank app and Kotak Website logged in Section.
The Woohoo voucher shall be provided only on one transaction per CRN during the offer period.
The Woohoo gift voucher will be sent to eligible customers within 90 days from the offer end date.
Offer shall not be applicable where customer have applied any other offer for the transaction like mcoupon, star pass or Kotak Saturday or any other applicable offer
Participation in this offer is voluntary.
The Offer is non-transferable, non-encashable and non-negotiable.
Any Customer eligible for the Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions, general terms and conditions of the Bank and terms and conditions of Wohoo in relation to the Offer before availing the Offer. Bank merely facilitates its Customers to avail the Offer and it is in no way concerned or connected in respect of the terms and conditions of Wohoo.
The Bank reserves the right to disqualify any Customer from the benefits of the Offer if any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the benefits under the Offer.
The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency or inadequacy in the services rendered by __________its agents or representatives and the Customer hereby understands, acknowledges and agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any losses, damages, costs, charges, expenses, claims (whether direct or indirect), actions or demands suffered by the Customer in relation to availing the benefits under the Offer.
The decision of the Bank in all matters in connection with and incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons. 16. Offer is for one time use only and cannot be clubbed with any other Offer.
Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
The Bank holds out no warranty and makes no representation with respect to the service and delivery of the goods and services offered by Qwikcilver Solutions Pvt Ltd. In case of any disputes or complaints regarding the same the Customer is required to resolve the same directly with Qwikcilver by writing to Contact Us section https://www.qwikcilver.com/contact-us/without any reference to the Bank whatsoever.
Disputes, if any, arising out of or in connection with or as a result of above Offer or otherwise relating hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals in Mumbai.
