Kotak Mahindra Bank Payment Gateway is a web based service which enables you to pay for online purchases across various shopping sites, utility bills, travel bookings etc
Payment Gateway is available to customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank who have availed of Net Banking facility and are registered for Kotak Payment Gateway. NRIs, foreigners and people with conditional operating authority are currently not eligible for Payment Gateway

If you are already a registered Kotak Mahindra Bank Net Banking customer, you can log in to Net Banking on www.kotak.com and click on 'Service Requests' option post logging in and select Register for Payment Gateway. Once you register for Payment Gateway, the service will be activated only after 24 hours.
If you are an existing customer and are registered for Payment Gateway, you will automatically be enabled for Kotak Online Trading1, and Kotak - Online Shopping services of Kotak Mahindra Bank Payment Gateway depending on your eligibility
All individual customers except Minors, with unconditional operating authority on any Kotak Mahindra Bank Savings / Current account can get Payment Gateway Kotak Online Trading1 Access, Kotak Payment Gateway Kotak - Online Shopping Access.
When you register for Payment Gateway service, all existing eligible accounts (or those opened in the future) under your Customer Relationship Number with us will automatically get access to Payment Gateway Kotak Online Trading1, Kotak - Online Shopping In case you wish to,
You simply need to write in to us specifying what you wish us to do. Drop your request either in the Document Drop Boxes at our Branches or ATM lobbies. Alternatively, you may mail it to us at Customer Contact Centre, Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd., Post Box Number 16344, Mumbai 400 013. You may also advise us via our Secure Mail facility by logging in to Kotak Mahindra Bank Net Banking and clicking on the My Mail link on the top right hand red band.
