Step 1

Open your Kotak Mobile Banking App from your bank registered mobile number

Step 2

Click on the burger menu available on the top left corner.

Click on Device Management in the drop down menu.

All the registered devices will be shown on your screen

Step 4

Deactivate the device of your choice by clicking on the deactivate button available on the right side of each registered device.

A confirmation pop up screen will be shown. Click on the Confirm button

Congratulations !!

You have successfully deactivated the device of your choice.
