The verification process is quick and simple. Completing your Full KYC is easy . Using the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App, you can book an appointment with our officer or opt for a Video KYC. You can also visit your nearest Kotak Mahindra branch to complete your Full KYC.

To book an appointment through the app:

Visit the Kotak811 section of the Kotak811 Mobile Banking App
Go to 'Verify your a/c'
Tap on 'Book appointment'

A customer support executive will call you to confirm the time and your address before the visit.
