Accounts are blocked for security reasons if the welcome letter returns undelivered from your communication address. 

In such cases, you can easily reactivate your account by updating your address at any Kotak Branch, and resume banking with us. 

To change your address, please carry ANY ONE of these valid address proofs: Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport.
