I have not received my Debit card / Debit card PIN

Please do following checks,  

  1. On Net banking, under Profile section, please check if your correspondence address registered with us is same as your current address
  2.  Please track the package on the courier company website using AWB number sent on your registered mobile number.
  3. You can also check the courier details and status of your debit card, by clicking here.

If you haven't received the debit card PIN you can simply regenerate by following simple steps:

On Mobile Banking:

  • Go to Service Request -> Debit card requests 
  • Select Regenerate PIN 
     

On Net Banking:

  • Go to Service Request -> Debit card requests
  • Select Regenerate PIN
