Your payment is initiated, but due to some issue at the beneficiary bank, there is a delay in confirmation. The amount will reach the beneficiary or will be reversed in your account within 48 hours, once the banks complete their daily settlements
When the Transaction is in Pending state, you can raise a complaint, using “Raise a Complaint” feature provided on the Transaction details page or you can raise a complaint via Raise Complaint feature located in Payments Homepage.
In case the transaction status shows as “Failed,” the amount will be transferred back to your account immediately. If you have not received the refund within 1 day (in case of P2P(person to person) transaction) or 5 days [(in case of P2M) (person to merchant) transaction], you may contact our customer support.
