Please check with Merchant if the refund has been initiated at their end. After Merchant initiates the refund, normally it takes 3 to 4 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

If the merchant has initiated the refund and even after 4 working days, the amount is not reflecting in your account, we request you to call our 24x7 helpline with details like Refund Reference Number, Refund Initiated date and the Amount.
