Sorry to hear that.

If the transaction is declined and amount has been debited/deducted, then it will be reversed in the next 48 Hrs from the time of transaction.

If its been more than 48 Hrs already and you have not received the reversal amount, please raise a request by calling us at our 24x7 Helpline.
