Steps to raise the bulk disputes:

Visit https://fastag.kotak.com and login with registered mobile number and password
Click on “Bulk Dispute” in the Menu (left hand side)
Download Standard Bulk Dispute Template and enter details related to the disputes. Ensure to select Complaints Type and Complaints Sub Type based on the nature of dispute in the template
You can upload up to 200 dispute records at a time. The template file should not exceed 2MB, and should be in .xls or .xlsx format only
Supporting images if any should be less than 10 MB
Upload the template and submit successfully

You will receive the status of disputes via SMS alerts on registered mobile number.
