How I will find out if my wallet is debited for toll transactions?
An SMS will be sent on your registered mobile number for each transaction that is deducted from your FASTag wallet.
To check your FASTag wallet balance:
1. Give a miss call to 7406575500 from your registered mobile Or
2. Login to Kotak FASTag portal https://fastag.kotak.com/ with your User Id to check your wallet balance and transaction details. Or
3. Call Customer Care Number to know your balance and transaction details.
Note - The wallet balance can be used by all vehicles linked to the wallet.
