  3. Report Lost Card

On Mobile Banking:

  1. Login to Mobile Banking
  2. Go to Credit Card -> Service Request
  3. Report Lost / Damaged card

You can also send an SMS from your registered mobile number

SMS KCCLOST(space)(Last four digit of Credit Card number) > 5676788 (Standard SMS charges applicable).
