In order to place a request for refund of excess payment towards your credit card, kindly share below documents with us.
1. Scanned copy of a cancelled cheque of the cardholder for the bank account from which the last payment was done.
2.Scanned copy of the BANK STATEMENT of your last 2 payment done towards Kotak credit card.
Please ensure below points are reflecting in the statement. Bank statement should be attested by the bank
