Yes. We have a Balance Transfer facility which allows you to pay dues of other bank's Credit Card Bill using Kotak Bank's Credit Card.

Here are some important points to note for availaing Balance Transfer facility

Balance Transfer can be availed for minimum of Rs 2500 and maximum of upto 75% of your cedit limit on Kotak Credit Card
Processing fees of Rs 349 + GST per Rs 10,000 will be applied
Your request will be procecced subject to policy, credit and bureau checks
If the payment for Balance Transfer is made successfully within 90 days no interest will be charged
Balance transfer facility is not available if your Kotak Credit Card has been issued less than 6 months back. If you still apply for this facility, the request will be processed subject to credit and bureau checks. In this case the, it might take 2 to 3 extra working day to process the request

You can avail balance transfer faciluty by following ways,

On Net Banking

Click on the ‘Credit Card’ Tab
Choose the ‘Balance Transfer’ option

On Mobile Banking

Click on Credit Card tab
Choose 'Balance Transfer'

Please input your other bank credit card details carefully

You can also SMS <BT> to 5676788

We will be transferring the balance transfer amount to your other bank credit card via NEFT within 2-3 working days from the date of request.

Alternatively, you may receive the funds via a cheque within 4-5 working days.
