Don't worry, you can reset / generate a new Credit Card PIN by following these easy steps:

On Net Banking

On Mobile Banking

Login to Mobile Banking
Go to Credit Card > Credit Card Service Requests
Instantly Generate PIN
Or you can generate physical PIN by sending SMS CCPIN to 5676788 or 9971056767.
The same will be processed in 7 working days and sent to your registered mail address.

Please Note:

PIN can be generated for active cards only.
If the card is temporarily blocked, then you will need to unblock the card to initiate regeneration of PIN.
PIN cannot be regenerated for Credit Cards that are permanently blocked.
