I am using only one phone for Mobile Banking but in device management, I can see multiple devices which are not related to me, what should I do?

You are viewing multiple devices under device management due to below possible reasons:

  • These can be your old devices which you used to access Kotak Mobile Banking in past
  • If you have ever activated your App on your friend or colleague’s device that is also listed here
  • Sometimes if you delete and re-install your app, it might show multiple entries for same devices

It is always advised to remove all the devices which are not used by you, please use ‘Deactivate’ option against older devices to delete the unrelated devices.
