We have an option to download FD/ TD advice online using Net Banking OR please call our 24x7 helpline (1860 266 2666) standard call charges apply) to check the status and/or place a duplicate FD/ TD advice request

Steps to download FD/ TD Advice :

Old Net banking view :

Step 1 : Once Logged in, Click on Banking .Under Deposits section, Select “Deposit Summary”.

Step 2 : Select the Fixed/ Recurring deposit number and Click on View / Print FD Advice

Step 3 : PDF of TD Advice is generated . Customer may save it or print it as required

New Net Banking View :

Step 1: Login to Net Banking and Click on Accounts/Deposits and select on Fixed and Recurring Deposits option.

Step 3 : Click on name which is a Hyper Link, Select the Fixed/ Recurring deposit number and Click on View / Print FD Advice.

Step 4 : PDF of TD Advice is generated . Customer may save it or print it as required.
