For your newly booked Fixed Deposits (FD), you will receive an advice (receipt) by email within 24-48 hours and by Post within a maximum of 8 days from the date of booking. FD/ TD can be downloaded through Net Banking by following steps OR please call our 24x7 helpline (1860 266 2666) standard call charges apply) to check the status and/or place a duplicate FD/ TD advice request

Steps to download FD/ TD Advice :

Old Net banking view :

Step 1 : Once Logged in , Click on Banking .Under Fixed Deposits section , Click on the name or account number which is a hyperlink to Deposit Details .

Step 2 : Click on Term Deposit Hyper Link Number for which you want the advice

Step 3 : You can view the details of the Term Deposit . Click on View / Print FD Advice

Step 4 : PDF of TD Advice is generated . Customer may save it or print it as required

New Net Banking View :

Step 1: Login to Net Banking and Click on Investments .

Step 2 : Click on Fixed Deposit

Step 3 : Click on Term Deposit Hyper Link Number for which you want the advice
