RTGS transactions service is available from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM (Mon to Sat - except 2nd and 4th Saturday & bank holidays)
Any transaction done after service availability time will be sent for clearing on next working day
Typically within 1 hr – maximum by end of RTGS business day , money either shows up in your beneficiary’s account or comes back in yours!
You may check with your beneficiary if they got the money, else check your account to see if it came back during this period.
Example: RTGS transfer done on Saturday (non working day) 10:00 am, please allow time till Monday 6:00pm.
