An E-NOC is issued and emailed to your registered email id as per the banks records within 3 working days subject to no other liability with the bank, after your loan account is closed.
In case your email id is not registered with the bank then a Physical NOC will get couriered to your registered mailing address, as per the banks records within 3 working days, subject to no other liability with the bank, after your loan account is closed.
