You may walk into our nearest Kotak Retail Asset Branch from Monday to Friday between 10 am to 5 pm with a request letter signed by the borrower for rate reduction (if eligible)
Our service officer will be glad to assist you to process your rate reduction offer (if eligible). They will send you the required rate reduction letter and documentation which needs to be signed by the borrower.
You may also place the request online (Click here to submit your request/query) (OR) call our Customer Contact Centre on 18602662666 (Local call rates apply) between 09:00 am to 07:00 pm from Mon to Sat excluding holidays.
Turn Around Time (TAT) for issuance of rate reduction letter is 7 working Days
