My account/credit card got debited but I have not received my order confirmation

In case your account / credit card got debited and transaction has failed, you will get refund within 5-7 business days. However, to get the exact status of your order, please raise a request at flipkart.

Request can be raised through following flow:
Select Flipkart option on KayMall
On Flipkart landing page, click on hamburger menu on top left of header.
Select help centre
Select your query and submit.
