In case your Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking has been debited but the transaction has failed, you will recieve the refund within 3-5 business days from Nykaa Man.
However, to get the exact status of your order, please follow the below steps:
1. Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App
2. Click on Nykaa Man icon under KayMall Section
3. Login to your Nykaa Man account
4. Click on User icon on top right corner and select "My Orders"
5. If your most recent order is not showing after successful payment, please do not worry, please check again after 10 minutes.
