In case you are not satisfied with particular item(s) in your Tata 1mg order, you could either request Tata 1mg for a replacement or a refund within 5 business days of receiving the order. Follow the below steps for the same:

Login to Kotak Mobile Banking App
Click on Tata1mg icon under KayMall section
Login to your Tata1mg Account
Click on Burger icon [=] on top left corner and select "My Orders"
Go to Order and select "Need Help?"
Click on "Refund" and Proceed with reason for return/replacement
For more details on Tata1mg's return policies, Click on burger icon on top left corner and scroll at the bottom and click on "Return Policy"
