Running your business online is now stress-free with Kotak Bank’s Maker Checker facility. This powerful tool lets you cross-check your online transactions and protect your business from errors and fraud. Its tailor-made features give you options to set transaction limits for makers and checkers and the tool is available 24*7 through Kotak’s Net Banking service.

For Master:

1. Login to your Kotak NetBanking account and click on 'Make A Transfer' under 'Transfers and Payments', Payments tab

2. Select transfer type to 'Someone else's Kotak account' and choose your preferred time to pay and submit.

3. Click on 'Look up' and select the required field under the ‘User ID’ panel, then click on ‘Select’.

4. Choose ‘Confirm & Submit’

Checker:

1. Login to your Kotak NetBanking account and click on ‘My Approval Queue’ under the Transfer and Payment of Payments tab

2. Review and click on ‘Approve’ button. The checker has an option to ‘Reject’ or ‘Send for Repair’
