The online BBMP property tax payment procedure is completely safe and simple. Follow these steps to pay:

  • Visit: https://propertytax.bdaBengaluru.org/
  • Enter the 10-digit property ID, name, and site ID mentioned in the previous tax receipts.
  • Click ‘Submit’.
  • Enter your active email address and mobile number, tick the check box to accept the terms and conditions, and click ‘Submit’.
  • Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
  • Confirm your property details and outstanding tax amount, select the tax amount, and go ahead to the payments section.
  • Choose your preferred payment method and enter the required details to complete the transaction.
  • Upon successful BBMP property tax payment, you will receive an online receipt.
