Himachal Pradesh was the first state to implement the program, and states like  radesh, Jharkhand, Punjab, Chandigarh, Assam, Delhi, etc. followed suit.   • Click ‘Login’ to reach the site.

After logging in, you can access various services on the portal, including leave applications, government orders, transfer orders, data entry status, forms, notices, etc.

Follow these steps to access your e-service book on the Manav Sampada portal:

  • Visit the EHRMS UP Manav Sampada portal at http://ehrms.upsdc.gov.in.
  • On the Home Page, click the 'EHRMS login' option.
  • Enter the captcha code, enter your user ID and password, choose your department, and click ‘Login’.
  • Choose 'Employee Service Book Details' on the employee dashboard and enter your EHRMS code.
  • A form will appear where you must fill in the required details in the mandatory fields, including the employee name or code, state name, posting office state, parent department, etc.
  • Enter the captcha code.
  • Press the ‘Search’ button to submit your request.
