What Is MPIGR 2024?
MPIGR, or Madhya Pradesh Inspector-General of Registration, is part of the Office of the Inspector General of Registration, an important and financially rewarding department in Madhya Pradesh. The MPIGR portal is meant for the state citizens who wish to avail of property-related services like property registration, document search, e-stamp verification, property tax payment, etc.
The government has divided Madhya Pradesh into four regional offices covered under the Zonal Deputy Inspector Generals of Registration. The state has 233 sub-registrar offices under each district registrar’s office. The main objective of MPIGR 2024 is to offer citizens easy access to all property-related information, let them register property online, and check the registered documents, helping them save significant time and effort.

What is SAMPADA under MPIGR?
SAMPADA under MPIGR stands for Stamps and Management of Property and Documents Application, an all-inclusive digitisation and computerisation project for document registration and e-stamping in Madhya Pradesh. Through this mechanism, the MPIGR collects stamp duty through “e-stamps''. The electronic registration system also offers services like property valuation in MP, calculating registration fees and stamp duty, slot booking in the sub-registrar’s office, etc.
After SAMPADA registration, users can search their registered documents based on the provisions of the Registry Act 1908. Moreover, one-time registration is sufficient for SAMPADA login. Users can check their details using their email ID and password and edit details like their mobile number, address, etc., from the user account management option.
