ING Vysya Bank systems have merged with Kotak Mahindra Bank systems. Now, Kotak Mahindra Net Banking will be a single access to all your Banking, Credit Card, Demat, Loan, Investment accounts and more.
How to login: Retail Net Banking:
Click on KOTAK LOGIN on the right hand side of the website and select "Net Banking". Enter your CRN* (user ID) along with the existing ING Vysya (Now Kotak) Net Banking password.
Business Net Banking (Corporate users):
No separate login for corporate users. Click on KOTAK LOGIN and select Net Banking. Login using your CRN (user ID) along with the existing ING Vysya (Now Kotak) Net Banking password.
Joint Account holders:
Will be able to login and view account details. Online transactions are currently unavailable. This will be enabled shortly. * Your Customer ID / CIF has now been renamed as "CRN (user id)". In case your Customer ID / CIF has changed to a new Customer Relationship Number (CRN), you would have got that intimation, please use the new CRN. You can also check your new CRN on https://www.kotak.com.
What doesn't change when you use the new Kotak Net banking platform:
- Transfer funds hassle free to your existing beneficiaries
- View all your past transaction records
- All your registered bills under BillPay module and Payments for "AutoPay" bills continue
What's different from erstwhile ING Vysya (Now Kotak) Net Banking
- Make sure your latest email id and mobile number is registered with the bank, to have uninterrupted access your Net banking services
- Receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered email ID & mobile number, during login, as a second factor authentication. No need to enter transaction password for each transaction now, post login.
- Choose "Kotak Mahindra Bank" instead of "ING Vysya now Kotak" as the Payment Gateway for online shopping transactions.For online shopping, One Time Password (OTP) will be sent on your registered mobile number only
- Set new Security Questions (by clicking on 'Profile' link post login to Net Banking). Security Questions set earlier with "ING Vysya Now Kotak" Net Banking are not valid.
- Generate Net Banking password online using Debit/Credit card or via Security Questions
- Beneficiary registration is mandatory for all IMPS (P2A and P2P) transactions. Ad-hoc IMPS transaction not allowed through Net banking
- Receive and enter 6-digit Beneficiary Activation Code (BAC) instead of OTAC for new Beneficiary activation
- For new beneficiary activation, cooling period is now 24 hours. During the cooling period, you may transfer up to Rs. 50000 per transfer type, to new beneficiary
- For downloading forms, directly click on 'Download Forms' on www.kotak.com or visit the nearest branch. Functionality of "My Forms" is unavailable
- You can now request DD to be delivered to your address or beneficiary address directly through Net banking. Delivery at branch option is now disabled
- Display of Debit card rewards is not immediately available. Functionality will be available shortly
