Steps to register on Kotak Net Banking

Choose the most convenient mode that you would like to use to securely authenticate yourself, and register for Kotak Net Banking.  

 

Individual Customers:

Option 1: You can use your Kotak Mobile Banking App to seamlessly register for Kotak Net Banking. 

Option 2: You can choose to enter your Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Forex Card details to register for Kotak Net Banking

Option 3: You can choose to request for a physical password to be delivered to your communication address (Note: Delivery of the physical password can take 3-5 working days for delivery) 

 

Corporate (Non-Individual Customers):

Option 4: You can request for password via pdf to be delivered to your registered email address

 

Requirements: Ensure that you keep your Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Forex Card with you for easy registration

 

Step 1 - Visit the Kotak NetBanking website (https://netbanking.kotak.com/knb2/) and choose the “Need Help?” option

 

 

Step 2 - Click on "I want to register for Net Banking"

 

 

Step 3 - Enter your CRN or 16-digit Debit/Credit/Forex Card Number, go through and accept the Terms & Conditions, and click on "Next"

You can find out your CRN through one of the following methods:

  1. Check for the CRN mentioned on your Kotak Debit Card
  2. SMS CRN to +91 9971056767 from your registered mobile number.
  3. Check for the CRN mentioned in your Welcome Kit
  4. Contact your nearest branch or call us on our helpline

 

 

Step 4 - Enter your Mobile Number that is registered as per bank records (ISD code need not be entered) and click on "Next".

 

 

Step 5 - Enter the OTP that is sent to your Registered Mobile Number and click on "Next". If you encounter issues in receiving the OTP, you can alternatively request for an OTP via call by clicking on "Didn’t receive OTP?", and requesting for an OTP via call

 

 

Step 6 - "Click on "Try another option"

 

 

Step 7 - Enter your Debit/Credit/Forex card number, and the card's Expiry date, CVV and Pin, and click on "Next"

 

 

Step 8 - Click on "Set Password"

 

 

Step 9 - Enter a secure password that contains a combination of Upper case and Lower case letters, numbers and special characters and click on "Continue"

 

 

Congratulations! Your Kotak Net Banking registration is complete. You can use your newly created password to login to Kotak Net Banking at https://netbanking.kotak.com/knb2/
