Recharge your FASTag wallet on customer portal with following options
- Enter your registered mobile number, captcha followed by OTP
- Click on “Vehicle Info” in the left menu on the FASTag dashboard screen.
- For every registered vehicle, there is a “View QR” CTA.
- Click on “View QR” for any linked vehicle
- A pop-up with the QR-code will appear
- You can print/download the QR-code to scan from any UPI App for real-time recharge of Kotak FASTag wallet
Recharge your FASTag wallet by logging into FASTag Customer Portal https://fastag.kotak.com/
- Login with your registered mobile number as your user id
- Click on 'Recharge' present on the left side of the screen
- Enter the amount you want to recharge & select the desired payment method – Debit/Credit Card or Net Banking or UPI (Receive Money)
- Click on Proceed to pay. Once complete you will be redirected to the dashboard where you will see the new available balance
- On successful transaction, amount will immediately reflect in the wallet
Note: When you recharge your Kotak NETC FASTag wallet, the updated balance can be utilised by any FASTags linked with the wallet. For e.g. If you own two cars and have FASTag for each, both of them will be able to utilise the available wallet balance.
Login to FASTag Customer Portal (https://fastag.kotak.com/) - Use your registered Mobile Number as User ID.
Once you have successfully completed the process of the Kotak NETC FASTag registration, you will receive a User ID and Password (PIN) via both, email & SMS
- When you login for the first time, you will be prompted to change your password.
- Use the PIN (that you have received through email/SMS) as an old password to generate your new password.
- In case you forget your PIN, click on ‘Forgot Password’ and on the First Time Password Change screen input the OTP received as Old Password on screen.
Subsequent Login: You can login with the Password set for your account or using the Get OTP functionality.
FASTag Customer Portal Overview
- Once you are logged in to the customer portal, you will see an overview of your Kotak FASTag wallet account online.
- Apart from personal details & the available balance, you will also see information on all FASTag’s registered to your name on the dashboard.
- Using the customer portal is much like using your Net Banking interface with any bank.
- You will find every actionable item within sight & clicking on a particular section will provide you details
If your user id for FASTag Customer Portal login is alphanumeric (E.g. C/B followed by 7 digit numerical no.): Please use below options to recharge Kotak NETC FASTag wallet
- Login to Kotak FASTag NETC Customer Portal & click on Reload.
- The account number is selected by default in the Account Number list, in case you have multiple accounts, you can select the account number to reload.
- The Account balance, maximum reload amount allowed monthly, and Maximum reload amount allowed yearly are pre-populated (non-editable)
- Enter the amount to reload in Enter reload amount box and click Reload.
- The application will display the payment gateway page with your payment details. You have the following options for payment:
Select one of the above options and complete the payment process.
- After you complete the payment process, system will re-direct you to the Details page & transactions details will be displayed.
- On successful transaction, amount will immediately reflect in your FASTag account.
