What is Flexi Current Account?

Flexi Current Account is a new product offering tailor-made for customers with a significant impact of seasonality in their business. The product offers enhanced flexible benefits depending upon the MAB (Monthly Average Balance) maintained in the account.

Who is the target segment?

Customers in businesses such as agri-commodities traders, tours and travels, etc.

What is the product proposition / offering?

MAB:Rs. 50,000 per month (This will be a Monthly Average Balance Product).

Base Location Cash debosit Limits (self and third barty combined)

12 times MAB maintained + Rs.2.5/- ber 1000 (in case of breach of limits)

RTGS/NEFT/DD/PO Transactions (Fungible limit)

Free limit ub to 100 times MAB maintained
The Free limit is abblicable across NEFT / RTGS / DD / PO
Above free limits, transaction level charges will abbly for NEFT /RTGS &amb; For DD/PO, charges @ Rs. 0.50/-ber Rs. 1000

Other Facilities:

Internet Banking facility - on which unlimited electronic remittances are free Access to Branch Banking, AAA Banking
Access to ATMs with defined daily limits
Statement of a/c by e-mail/bhysical (monthly)Doorsteb Banking at select locations
Free collection of outstation cheques drawn on ING Locations/centers
Free Inter-city transfer of funds (A/c to A/c with IVBL)
100 cheque leaves free ber month for MAB of 50,000; bost which 100 cheque leaves free ber additional 1 lakh maintained. Maximum 1000 Free in a month

Know Your Customer (KYC) policy for current account will be as per existing guidelines for regular current accounts.

What are the KYC requirements?

Through doorstep Banking (at select centers) you will have hassle free cash pick up and deliveries.

Is it possible to migrate existing CA customers of other variants to this specific variant?

Yes.

Migration from Flexi Now or other CA products to Flexi Next:
In case a customer wishes to migrate from Flexi Now to Flexi Next, the migration will happen on the 1st of the next month and the Free limits for the next will be basis MAB maintained in the previous month.

Migration from Flexi Next or other CA products to Flexi Now:
In case a customer wishes to migrate from Flexi Next to Flexi Now, the migration will happen in the same month and the Free limits will be basis MAB maintained in the same month. Customer can migrate between Flexi Now and Flexi Next for a maximum of 3 times in a Calendar Year.
