The renewal application should be submitted within 30 days before the licence expires. Trade licences in India are renewed between January 1 and March 31 each year.

  • Aadhaar card
  • PAN of the individual (proprietorship), PAN of partners (firm), or PAN of the company/LLP
  • Memorandum of Association (MOA), Articles of Association (AOA), and Certificate of Incorporation (companies)
  • Certificate of Registration (partnership firm and LLP)
  • Latest municipal property tax receipt (owned premises) or lease document/NOC (rented premises)
  • NOC from the pollution control board and fire department, if applicable
  • NOC from neighbours (nearby property owners)
  • Katha Certificate
  • Certified layout plan of the office
