Pre-shipment loan extended by the bank to the exporter prior to the shipment of goods basis the confirmed export order. This can be availed in INR as well as in Foreign currency. Clients into service industry also can avail the pre-shipment subject to bank policy.

Features

Pre-shipment/export packing credit is available to the exporters, for financing purchase, processing, manufacturing or packing of goods prior to shipment or working capital expenses for rendering of services on the basis of Letter of Credit. Kotak Mahindra Bank provides pre-shipment finance both in INR & foreign currency at competitive rates.

Eligibility

Customers of Kotak Mahindra Bank with credit facility and current account enabled for Trade Finance.
