Credit card balance transfer is the process of transferring owed balance from one credit card account to another. Upon carrying out this process, the debt is owed to the new card issuer as opposed to the original card issuer.

Complimentary visits are applicable only for the primary card holders.
USD 27 per person per visit will be charged for the guest.
After completion of the complimentary visits, USD 27 will be applicable for the primary holder as well.
Please note, w.e.f. 01st October, guest charges and charges after complimentary visits are exhausted, will be revised to $35 per guest, per visit.
While signing the visit voucher, customer to check whether the number of guest entered is accurate. In case there are no guest, strike off or mention NA.

Change in international lounge access: Effective 20th June 2023, you can access international airport lounges by presenting your credit card. Priority Pass card will no longer be required. Visit validation charges of $1.00 will be debited. These will be auto reversed to your card within 7 working days. Please activate international transactions (Online & in store/ POS) using your Kotak Bank Mobile App or Net Banking to enable this transaction and access international lounges.
For Cards issued till June 01, 2023, Priority Pass Cards will be deactivated on June 20, 2023. Access international lounges by presenting the Credit Card.
For Cards issued after June 01, 2023, Priority Pass card will not be issued. International lounges can be accessed by presenting the Credit Card starting from 20th June 2023.
